Phuket’s award-winning Italian restaurant La Trattoria has once again earned its place as one of Thailand’s Best Restaurants of 2013. The restaurant has won this award five times out of nine, in the list published by Thailand Tatler magazine, in conjunction with American Express.

La Trattoria first opened its doors for business in 1993, and quickly became Laguna Phuket’s best Italian fine dining venue. Italian native Silvano Amolini drives the kitchen team as Executive Chef, together with Chef De Cuisine Lorenzo Stelzer, Director of Food & Beverage Alfred Spieler and the restaurant team. One of Chef Amolini’s most exceptional dishes is homemade pici pasta with braised beef in Chianti red wine.
In celebration of this prestigious award, La Trattoria is offering ‘Chef Lorenzo’s Signature Dishes’, a three-course degustation dinner menu every Thursday, priced at THB 850++ per person.
