Phuket – on August 8th, 2020 InterContinental Phuket Resort held a special event “The Best of Thai Produce” at Jaras Restaurant – our fine dining restaurant. In partnership with Kristall Thai Spirits, Jaras Restaurant presented a unique 5 course menu with cocktail pairing in the presence of master distiller, Nikolaus Prachensky. As Kristall and Jaras both respect Thai tradition and use locally sourced ingredients, the handcrafted cocktails with Kristall perfectly complement the restaurant’s authentic Thai taste cuisine prepared with utmost respect for the ingredients at Jaras.
