Iniala’s Executive Chef, Sandro Aguilera heads up a team of chefs who are focused on delivering tailor made food to Iniala guests. Sandro is an expert chef in almost all genres of cuisine and this Sunday lunch is a showcase of his creativity and passion for serving delicious food. Wine may also be enjoyed on a free flow basis and soft drinks are also available. Award-winning Sommelier Fabien Etienne has designed the perfect wine list to complement the superb cuisine offered at the Sunday lunch.
Iniala’s Executive Chef, Sandro Aguilera’s recently launched Sunday lunch at ‘Iniala White’ is a showcase of his culinary creativity and expertise.
The cuisine style is a jamboree of the best of Mediterranean food, and is what can only be described as a spectacular Sunday lunch in a stunning location.
The array of delights includes a fresh baked section, a salad and cold cuts section, fresh seafood including oysters, crab and lobster, live cooking stations, with tasty dishes including sea scallops and snapper ceviche, a barbeque, serving meat and fish, a dessert section and an impressive imported cheese selection. There’s plenty of choice and vegetarian options too.
Children are well catered for too and have access to go and play in the world’s first kid’s hotel where they can explore the wonderful world of ‘The Island of Iniala’. With its beachside location guests may enjoy the beach and use the shower and towels to refresh before heading home.
‘Iniala White’ is situated in the stunning grounds at Iniala Beach House, and is a relaxed beachfront environment specifically designed for unique functions including weddings, small concerts, launches and beachside dining. Iniala White is located just 20 minutes north of Phuket International Airport on the sandy shores of Natai beach.
The Sunday lunch at Iniala White is just THB3, 500 net per guest. For your ease, round-trip transportation is also offered free of charge from Boat Avenue in Cherngtalay to Iniala, please make sure you mention this at the time of booking.
