February 2016, Krabi – The renowned Venezia Restaurant at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort will participate in Goût de France on 21st March, 2016. The annual event is held to celebrate French gastronomy. More than 1,000 chefs on five continents are expected to join the prestigious culinary event.

Dinner served at Venezia Restaurant will honour French cuisine for its innovation and values for sharing and enjoying high quality cuisine.

The special menu will include an appetizer of pan-fried foie gras with a raspberry reduction, followed by a starter of Andaman moules marinière, and a main course of crusted ratatouille sea bass, pea purée and Pernod. Diners will also be served a trio of reblochon, brie and camembert cheeses, and a divine dessert of chocolate fondant and homemade coconut ice cream.
