Bloody Mary Beef Pattie at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa

Bloody Mary Beef Pattie Ingredients:

  • 400g Angus beef (Minced)
  • 20mls tobacco
  • 20mls worst shire sauce
  • 50g celery (Finely chopped)
  • 50g onion (Finely chopped)
  • 20mls vodka
  • 50g Sundried tomatoes (Finely sliced)
  • 1 egg
  • 150g bread crumbs
  • 10g Cracked pepper for later

Method:
1. Place all ingredient into medium bowl and combined together to make the Pattie (note do not add pepper)
2. Once mixed together, divide mix into 150-200g portions and roll into patties
3. Grill patties on a hot plate and sprinkle with cracked pepper and continue cooking equally on both sides 8-10 minutes  
4. Ready to serve

Serve this with favorite sesame seed bun and filling such as lettuce, bacon, tomato chutney and mayonnaise
