Phuket, March 23, 2017 – Born in Italy, Chef Pasqualino has become a chef for more than 20 years. First his passion is to make what he loves to do the most which is making a good pizza. Later in life he began to shift his interest to Pizza Acrobatic. From then he learned and trained to be the best in this field. With his amazing skills, qualification and passion in cooking, he has won majors awards throughout his career. He won regional championship of pizza acrobatics in Palermo in 1998, following with the national championship for the quality pizza in Pisa in 2002. He later acquired the world championship for two consecutive years in Acrobatic pizza teams in Salsomaggioree Terme from 2001-2002.
As he knows training is the key fundamental to success in the world of cuisine. He is now dedicating himself to Acrobatic pizza training to all the renowned restaurants and hotels around the world. He has been travelling around the world to conduct the training in Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Russia and South America.
We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Pasqualino Barbasso to Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. During his visit at the resort between 20th and 27th April 2017, he will be showcasing his well-known Acrobatic Pizza performance and a cooking class, “Mastery of Artisan Pizza”. The audiences will be amazed by his professional skills and moves.
