Malaysian food festival at Le Meridien Phuket

Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort showcased Malay cuisine specials prepared by visiting Chefs Fahmi Bin Sulaiman (4th from left) and Kalai Elumalai (4th from right) of Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur last 21-24 August. The duo were welcomed by Resort General Manager, Julian Lowry (centre) and Executive Chef, Hans Kahrs (2nd from right). They were joined by the Resort’s Malaysian executives; Derek Loke, Director of Sales & Marketing (right), Kumar Lyander, Director of Finance (3rd from left), and Pastry Chef, Hong Teng Pau (3rd from right).
