Strengths key: Royal Thai cuisine is her strong key of her cooking. “Thai Royal Cuisine’” is used in particular to differentiate the ‘Royal Cuisine’ from all the other regional cuisines of Thailand. For example Chor Muang, Kanom Sai Sai are famous Royal Thai cuisine desserts, that she is proud to present. However, the best and famous menu of Grand Hyatt Erawan are Tom Yom Kung, Green Chicken Curry.

Experience: Over 30 years for Thai cooking experiences. Before, working at Grand Hyatt Erawan, she had been cooking for Royal Thai Family house as Thai chef 13 years. And 21 years for being Thai Chef at Grand Hyatt Hotel, While she was staying  at Grand Hyatt,  she had experience to go to promote Thai food in many country at Hyatt hotel such as Japan, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong.

Purpose: “I would like to make The Pool house restaurant at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, well know about Thai food, and making clients come black gain and gain to eat my cooked” she said. Her purpose very clear that she would like to assist Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort become booming Thai food.
