Chef Manjunath Mural made history as the first Indian Executive Chef to earn a Michelin star for an Indian restaurant in Southeast Asia. Leading the team at Song of India, a modern Indian restaurant in Singapore, Chef Mural has put his career in the limelight with his dedication to showcasing the diverse regional flavors of the incredible India. In 2016 and 2017, Song of India received the prestigious Michelin star under his helm, making it the sole Indian restaurant in Southeast Asia with such honor.
