La Gritta offers its exclusive “Top three signature dishes”

La Gritta, the Italian restaurant at Amari Phuket launches an exclusive promotion, offering its top three signature dishes in 2016, as selected by Chef Patrizia Battulo, an Italian speciality chef from Rome, Italy.

The three dishes consist of Ossobuco, Wagyu Beef Ravioli and Baccala

  • Ossobuco is a traditional Italian one-dish meal. It is a traditional veal shank crosscut to come up with the best bone-to-meat proportion and braised with vegetables, white wine and broth for several hours before serving. It comes with a choice of polenta or pasta. It is priced at 810 THB++.
Wagyu Beef Ravioli
Wagyu Beef Ravioli
  • Wagyu Beef Ravioli is hand-made pasta stuffed and sealed perfectly with a rich blend of Wagyu beef cheek, vegetables and herbs. Before serving, porcini mushroom sauce is added to the golden ravioli and garnished with grated parmesan, making it a truly authentic Italian dish. It is priced at 550 THB++.
Baccala
Baccala
  • Baccala is a Spanish baked black cod fish, poured with tomato ragout mixed with Roma tomato, red onion, garlic, dry white wine and Kalamata olives, before serving hot with a brown and crisp roasted potato. It is priced at 890 THB++.
