PHUKET, THAILAND – Thanyapura Health & Sports Resort’s new food truck sets out on a mobile cooking and tasting tour in Phuket. The menu, based on restaurant offerings at Thanyapura’s “DiVine” Restaurant, offers nutritious Asian, Thai and Western cuisine specialising in healthy and raw vegan plant-based options. The original dishes and desserts are mindfully prepared by Udomsak Boonsopone (Executive Chef) and Marcela Soto Prats (resident Nutritionist). The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recently of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble ratings of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

In early July 2017, the resort’s fine dining establishment, The Grill Restaurant had been honored with the prestigious Wine Spectator ‘Award of Excellence’.
