JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa is delighted to announce the appointment of Arjun Channa as its new General Manager, effective January 15th, 2024. With a distinguished career spanning three decades in the hospitality industry, Arjun brings a wealth of international expertise and a proven track record of leadership.

Arjun Channa most recently served as the General Manager of The Ritz Carlton St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, where he led his team and community through the challenges of the pandemic, achieving significant milestones during his tenure of over three years.

Arjun’s journey in the hospitality industry has taken him to 13 different countries and 18 destinations, holding various roles in prestigious establishments around the world. Notable milestones in his career include receiving the JW Marriott Award of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion in 2019 while serving as the General Manager of The Westin Calgary Hotel.

Arjun’s unique blend of international experience and commitment to excellence make him an exceptional addition to the JW Marriott Phuket family.
