Mr. Paiboon said “I am very pleased to have the honor of sending these sportspersons off to compete in the Nakhon Trang Games. Those selected are representatives of Phuket province and should be justly proud. You all have the opportunity today because of your excellent coaches and supportive parents. As sportspersons, you must know how it feels to lose or win and also when to forgive. Good sportsmanship must always be your trademark, a character that you should exercise even at home. Play with your heart and not only physically on the field. Train hard all the time; do not be careless and too proud.”
He added “I wish you all the success and trumph you can bring back home. I urge all coaches to look after our youths well. Most importantly, our sportspersons must take with them a smile from Phuket. This is a goodwill gesture you can extend to your competitors which will in turn make you popular,” he concluded.
