Phuket residents go for GH Bank’s fist house loan

Miss Tanittha Sangthaworn, the Manger to Government Housing Bank or GH Bank Phuket said the bank launched its ‘first house loan’ on May 9th 2011. There were a lot of residents in Phuket who went to the bank to apply for the loan.

The conditions are that the potential debtor must be the person who owns and resides in that residence and they should not have owned a residence before. The credit line is 3 million Baht with a maximum 30 years repayment period, the first 2 years of repayment will be interest free.
