Calling all Italian food lovers: when bringing together the most desirable luxury estate – a place to see and to be seen in Phuket and a visiting chef from Italy cooking with special imported Italian ingredients with fresh local finds, the result is sure to be an unforgettable event. This December, Executive Chef Stefano Baiocco, from the Villa Feltrinelli, Gargnano, Lake Garda – Italy, will prepare a seven-day event of Italian culinary extravaganza at Sri panwa, Phuket.

Wan – Vorasit Issara, owner & MD together with Suki – Yu Po Yan, Hotel Manager of Sri panwa, they both did their hotel training at Villa Felrinelli, the very traditional countryside estate hotel owned and operated by legendary hotelier Robert H. Burns, Grand Hotel a Villa Feltrinelli (Lake Garda, the oldest and most prestigious hotels in Italy). Chef Stefano was also their ex-boss during the internship. Mr. Burns, founder of Regent International Hotels, and founder and developer of Grand Hotel a Villa Feltrinelli, Gargnano, Italy, is a legendary figure of the hotel industry famed for setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality.
Event Details: The seven-day event of modern Italian culinary where guests enjoy cocktails and small bites prior to experiencing the eight-course tasting menu.
The Menu: Chef Stefano presents Modern Italian culinary delights created from the finest imported ingredients and the fresh local delicacies of Phuket. The eight-course tasting menu includes 2 starters, 2 pasta/risotto dishes, 1 fish dish, 1 meat dish and 2 deserts.

Date: Thursday, December 1st to Wednesday, December 7th 2016.
Time: Small bites and welcome drinks starts at 6.00pm and serving at 7.00pm. Guests are recommended to arrive 15 min. prior to start time.
