January 23, 2017 Phuket, Thailand: JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa together with Callebaut, the world acclaim one of the premium gourmet chocolate brand hosted its classical afternoon high tea that hit all traditional notes as well as invited the award winning pastry chef and the head of the Chocolate Academy, Jean-Marc Bernelin to conduct the live chocolate cooking demonstration during 16 – 22 January.
Chef Bernelin flew in from Shanghai to Phuket for exclusively One-Week Chocolate Cooking Demonstration at Siam Deli. The hotel guests and Phuket residents were delighted and enjoyed the three-tier afternoon high tea featuring chocolate creations by Chef Bernelin. The Chocolate treats served together with a selection of fresh finger sandwiches, mini mince puffs, freshly baked scones made by JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa’s Executive Pastry Chef Chakapong Masoo and his team.
