One-Michelin-Star Chef Massimiliano Celeste Delighted Diners @ JW Marriott Phuket’s Cucina Italian Kitchen

Phuket – 30 January 2019: Cucina, an Italian restaurant of The JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, hosted the Michelin Star dining experience, in collaboration with the One-Michelin-Starred Chef Massimiliano Celeste, from Il Portale restaurant, Verbania, Italy recently.

The respected ‘Michelin Star’ Chef Massimiliano Celeste impressed the hotels guests and Phuket eateries with his exceptional two-day culinary programs, during 28 – 29 January at the resort. His divine wine & dine programs included ‘Cooking with Michelin Star Chef’, guests learnt and enjoyed a 3-course signature Italian set menu at Ginja Cook as well as delighted with the exceptional 5-course contemporary Italian set dinner at Cucina.

Michelin Star Chef Massimiliano Celeste prepared his fifth course – dessert, at Cucina Italian Kitchen
1st course: Caramelized red onion Macaroon served with smoked fish
2nd course: Chef Celeste’s signature Vitello Tonnato
3rd course: Chef Celeste interpretation of Carnoroli rice octopus and garden vegetables
4th course: Guinea fowl stuffed with mantis prawns, green peas, green apple & pomegranate
5th course: Moscato flavored sabayon served with cedar gelato, exotic fruits and Asian sprouts

His signature dishes included Caramelized red onion Macaroon served with smoked fish; Chef Celeste’s signature Vitello Tonnato; Chef Celeste interpretation of Carnoroli rice, octopus and garden vegetables; Guinea fowl stuffed with mantis prawns, green peas, green apple & pomegranate and complete your meal with his rich dessert, Moscato flavored sabayon served with cedar gelato, exotic fruits and Asian sprouts
