When it comes to cheese, it’s rich taste that really matters. Let yourself be guided by the expert cheesemaker, Jacopo Bioni, from Antica Luna, originally from Verona, Italy. The company recently opens its factory in Bangkok, Thailand. Antica Luna’s dairy goods are made with fresh milk imported from Italy. They produce cheeses as a traditional Italian daily farm, using the same equipment and techniques that has been relied on for generations to make the highest quality products.
February 16, from 4 pm onwards: The live cooking demonstration of Mozzarella and Burrata Cheeses at Ginja Cook, conducted by Jacopo Bioni and followed by a 4-course Italian dinner. Highlight menu include Burrata served with capers, garlic flowers, black olives crumble on capsicum cream; Heirloom tomato soup served with Mozzarella foam, tomato flowers and basil; Homemade Cappellacci shaped Ravioli stuffed with Mozzarella served on Porcini mushroom cream, beetroot foam and Amaretti crumble and Chocolate brownie coated with Mozzarella served on coffee crumble. Price is THB 2,800++ per person. First-come-first-serve basis, limited to 15 seats.
February 17, from 6.30 to 10 pm: The Italian Job Buffet Dinner at Cucina Italian Kitchen. Enjoy the live cheese cooking show by cheesemaker Jacopo Bioni while having dinner with your family and friends. The buffet dinner offered a spread of delectable Italian cold cuts, soups, appetizers, salads, cheeses and desserts, and the option to add either Pizza or Pasta.
