Lanna A la Carte Menu from 20 – 26 November 2019 from 6.00 – 10.00 pm at Ginja Taste: Tantalize your taste buds with the selection of northern dishes on the a la carte menu. The must-try dishes to look out for Nam Prik Num – Green chili dip with boiled egg and raw vegetables; Nam Ngew Moo – Lanna rice noodle with miced pork, dried ‘Ngew’ flowers and blood pudding in tomato-pork broth;Gang Hang Lay Nue Nong Lai – Braised beef shank with ginger and Chiang Mai curry style. A la carte menu is starting from THB 399++ per portion. For a couple, we would recommend to choose the 10-course set menu (sharing style) for two, price is at THB 2,499++ or THB 1,999++ for vegetarian set menu.

Northern Thai Cooking Class on 22 November from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm at Ginja Cook: Chef Kritphan will conduct a live cooking demonstration at Ginja Cook followed by 4-course authentic dishes from Northern of Thailand. The highlight dishes include Khao Soi Gai – Mild coconut curry broth with tender chicken and egg noodles; Nam Prik Ong – Minced chicken and tomato dip with poached vegetables and crisp pork rinds; Larb Moo Krua – Minced pork salad with local herbs and dried chili and Nga Tum Ooi Yang Lae I-Tim – Grilled sweet Northern Thai sesame cake with coconut ice-cream. The intimate cooking class includes the local market tour. Price is THB 2,500++ per person (food only).

Chiang Mai Flavors Buffet Dinner on 26 November from 6.00 – 10.00 pm at Ginja Taste: The extraordinary night to immerse yourself into the delicious tastes of Northern Thai and Lanna cuisine. A variety of noodles, curries, main dishes accompanied with a selection of salads, chili dips and appetizers. Be sure to save some room for mouth-watering desserts. Price is at THB 1,299++ per person.
