Phuket, July 24, 2025 – Architect & Hotelex 2025 officially opened at Central Phuket Floresta, Mini Convention Hall, bringing together more than 100 leading companies and over 1,000 innovative products in architecture, construction, real estate, hotels, spas, restaurants, tourism attractions, and entertainment businesses.
The 4-day event, held from July 24–27, features expert seminars on architectural design, property development, and the use of AI technology in business.
Mr. Thanet Triwut, Event Director of PIC Phuket Co., Ltd., expects business transactions from the event to exceed 500 million baht within one year, driven by Phuket’s booming small- and large-scale construction projects.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Pattanan Phisutwimon, Vice President of the Real Estate Association, along with distinguished guests from both public and private sectors in Phuket and nearby provinces.
