All the dishes are created with a properly boiled stock and gentle, constant stirring before mixing rice with quality ingredients that include pumpkin, radicchio, beetroot, mushrooms, tiger prawns, beef, pancetta, Italian sausages, Gorgonzola and mascarpone cheeses.
