Five mouth-watering menus have been crafted perfectly by Chef Patrizia, including salad, pasta and risotto, cooked with Alaskan king crab and Canadian lobster as the main ingredients mixed with other kinds of seafood, imported Italian ingredients and seasonal vegetables. Insalata di Granchio, priced at 980 THB++
Alaskan king crab salad offers the sweetness of crabmeat perfectly mixed with red onion, potato, caper berry, cherry tomato, lemon and oregano-infused extra virgin olive oil.
Insalata di Mare, priced at 1,180 THB++
A great salad combination of Canadian lobster and Alaskan king crab with saffron vodka mayo, salmon caviar and marinated beetroot.
Paccheri all’Astice, priced at 1,080 THB++
A well-balanced recipe of Paccheri pasta with Canadian lobster, zucchini, pecorino cheese and light tomato sauce.
Risotto alla Polpa di Granchio e Funghi Porcini, priced at 980 THB++
Creamy risotto with Alaskan king crab meat, porcini mushroom and Parmesan cheese. This dish represents the ocean (seafood) meets the mountain (porcini).
Fettucine all’Astice Polpa di Granchio e Vongole con Arucola e Pistacchi, priced at 1,280 THB++
A chef’s recommended dish, a mix of home-made fettuccine pasta cooked with Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab, clam, wild rocket leaf and pesto with pistachio.
