Chef Patrizia has perfumed her dishes with freshly shaved black truffle. Guests will satisfy their whole palate throughout November 2018 with five classic dishes perfectly paired with truffle, including risotto with Parmesan cheese, home-made Tagliolini, home-made ravioli with foie gras, soft polenta with wild boar, and fried eggs with mashed potatoes.
