Phuket: On September 16, The Kata Sea Breeze Resort, Patra Mansion, The SIS Kata Phuket from the AKSARA Collection, in collaboration with Clean the Beach Boot Camp organized a fitness and clean-up activities at Kata Beach to celebrate the World Clean-Up Day, speech opening by Phuket Governor Noraphat Plodthong.
The annual World Clean-up Day is celebrated on the third week of September. The AKSARA Collection led Khun Phanrawa Phattaraworanee, and Mr. Matthew C. Hindmarch, together with Clean the Beach Boot Camp headed by Mr. Krix Luther and Student of Prince of Songklah Phuket University led by Mr.Collin Gallagher saw the significance of the event and initiated a clean-up activity held on September 16, 2017 at the Kata Beach.
The Kata Beach is a destination for tourists who like to surf, exercise, and appreciate the beauty of nature. The sole purpose of this activity is to maintain the cleanliness and purity of the Kata coast line, as well as to bring awareness to foreign and local tourists in preserving the beauty and cleanliness of the Kata Beach. Furthermore, there will be a beach work-out activity before the cleaning activity begins.
