Sofitel Krabi welcomes new F&B Manager Paul Olivier Linot

August 2018 – Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort is pleased to announce the arrival of a new F&B Operation manager Paul Olivier Linot, who joined the resort team on 14 August, 2018.

With seven years of experience working for many exclusive hotel chains in Mauritius and France, Paul is a skilled professional who brings with him a wealth of experience and an impressive culinary background. Before joining Sofitel Krabi, he worked as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at two leading AccorHotels hotels; Sofitel Paris Arc de Triompe and Sofitel L’imperial Resort & Spa, where he was commended for his exceptional service attitude, strong interpersonal skill and dedication to the improvement of the hospitality gastronomic scene.
