Phuket – The Phuket Real Estate Association (P-REA) held its 2021 Annual General Meeting on Friday, July 23, 2021, and elected a new set of Executive Directors. The meeting took place in the White House Room of the Boat Lagoon Resort Hotel around 4 p.m.
Mr Piyapong Chuwong, the Deputy Governor of Phuket attended the event and delivered a special lecture on the topic “How excellent are properties based on rights” in order to raise awareness of new types of property that may be used in real estate company operations. Public Works and Town and Country Planning also provided an update on the real estate scenario in Phuket in 2021.
Mr Phattanan Phisutvimol, President of the Phuket Real Estate Association, presents the member with the results and activities of the previous year (2020). There was also a new executive committee election. Mr Phattanan Phisutvimol, Phuket Golden Ville Project Manager, and Caps Property Company Limited were overwhelmingly voted as the association’s new president for the years 2021-2023, it’s Mr Phattanan’s two terms as president.
Mr Phattanan expressed gratitude for the member’s trust and support. He also stated that he believes the Phuket real estate market will undoubtedly recover from the Covid-19 problem. The squad will continue to put in its best effort for the benefit of its fellow members.
