JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa will hold its first ever Wellness Workshop from September 25 to 29, 2014 featuring seminars and activities led by four internationally renowned health and wellbeing practitioners.
The Wellness Workshop is created specifically for those seeking to put the spring back in to their step, to recharge their batteries and to achieve balance in their daily life in mind, body and soul. Over an inspirational four days, the workshop’s practitioners will show how to shed wellness challenges, melt away stress and tension and awaken the healer within, all taking place in the beautiful natural surroundings of JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa and enchanting environment of the resort’s award-winning Mandara Spa.
The four practitioners are: Mandy Kealy, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and experienced somatic movement expert; Pat Thummanod, a physical therapist and certified cranio-sacral therapist; Phi Anthony, an expert on several aspects of detoxification; and Nikorn Banjerdlert, a bestselling author, Life Coach, Reiki Master and who is trained in many therapies such as Language of Light, Tibetan Energy Balancing, Deep Listening, meditation and massage.
