JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa launch new ‘Core Values & Service Notes’

JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa has recently turned its functional area, The Mai Khao Grand Ballroom, into the hottest runway on Phuket Island in order to launch JW Marriott’s new brand identity with 3 new ‘Core Values and 14 Service Notes’ to provide the highest quality experiences to every guest during their stay at the resort.

With over 300 in the audience, the event began with an opening address by Robert J Lohrmann, Vice president and General Manager of JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, followed by a sexy dance performance from seven charming ladies to heat up the runway. The highlight on the day was an exciting fashion show performed by three gentlemen in black smart suits: Robert, Andrew Dickson (Resident Manager) and Richard Taffs (Director of Food & Beverage) to introduce new JW Marriott’s ‘Core Values’ – ‘Authentic, Intuitive and Crafted’. After that, there were also 14 beautiful ladies graciously walking and showing JW Marriott’s new 14 ‘Service Notes’, the important components to lead all associates in the best service delivery. It was proof that JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa associates or staff are now ready to open the new page of history in tourism business for people worldwide to experience the luxury family resort destination on this beautiful Phuket Island.

Nice core values but the hotel needs a serious renovation, hospitable line staff, better technology and most important an 'authentic' way of getting rid of all those flies!!!
