Thursday 13th March 2014 saw Phuket’s longest serving seafood restaurant Kan Eang@Pier hold a cooking class for a group of staff from ExxonMobil, Singapore who were visiting Phuket as part of a team building exercise.
The class, led by award winning chef Ronnie Macuja, saw the group try their hand at cooking some of Thailand’s most popular dishes, including Som Tam and Tom Yum Goong., from scratch. At the end of the class, the meals prepared by the group were set up for lunch at the restaurant.
