Over the course of his 20-year hospitality career, Jason has been based in USA and latest Seychelles, working for a number of restaurants and hotel, including Melange Bistro, Sushitarian, East by Southwest, The Movable Feast, Cafe’ Zola.
His immediate position prior to transferring across Hilton Worldwide was Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Seychelles Northholmes Resort & Spa.
At DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Phuket – Surin Beach, Jason is responsible for overall restaurant operations included Asia Alive restaurant, Champions Bar & Grill, Boardwalk and The Food Store.
