The World Travel Awards for Asia have just been announced after a presentation in Dehli, India, last night. (see http://www.worldtravelawards.com/winners2010-4)
The winners were selected by thousands of industry professionals and consumers worldwide who have been voting online. The World Travel Awards were launched in 1993 to acknowledge and recognise excellence in the world’s travel and tourism industry.
The winners of the 17th World Travel Awards, voted by travel agents worldwide, incorporate the 2010 World Travel Award Winners for Asia, including the following Phuket based winners:
Asia’s Leading Design Hotel: Indigo Pearl, Thailand
Thailand’s Leading Beach Resort: Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket
Thailand’s Leading Golf Resort: Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket
Thailand’s Leading Spa Resort: Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket
