Recently, Bangkok Airways together with 4garcons brasserie & patisserie presented a special on-board dessert menu to be featured on Bangkok Airways’ flights during the Christmas and New Year season from 15 December 2012 – 15 January 2013.
M.L. Nandhika Varavarn, Bangkok Airways’ Vice President for Corporate Communications said “For this coming holiday season, we have something new for our passengers by offering a special desert menu on-board from 4garcons on all our domestic and international flights”.
This desert menu was specially created by Chef Ayusakorn Arayangkoon from the French bistro – 4garcons in Bangkok. “I created 8 dessert selections altogether for the committee to choose. 3 out of the 8 menu were selected which include Carrot Cake, Bale Cake and Apple Tart” said Chef Ayusakorn.
“Carrot Cake and Bale Cake will be served on all Bangkok Airways’ classes including Blue Ribbon Class (Business Class), Premier Class and Economy Class. While, Apple Tart will be available only on Blue Ribbon and Premier class” M.L.Nandhika added.
Menu selection committee include M.L. Nandhika Varavarn, Vice President for Corporate Communications – Bangkok Airways, Chef Tom Van Den Berg from Bangkok Air Catering and Mr. Polpat Asavaprapa, designer and owner of fashion brand ASAVA.
