The three 3 day and 2 night English camps were organized by Australian Visa Students & Services (AVSS), Thepkasatree and Sri Soontorn Administrative Organizations, and gave some of the island’s 10-16 year old non-English speaking children a fantastic opportunity to learn and improve their skills in the English language, in a completely different environment that offered much more than just classes. Through a combination of classroom and outdoor training sessions, participants were given the chance to discover more about themselves and to develop their potential. With the beautiful Phuket mountains as a backdrop, the students also developed skills such as leadership, creativity and communication while working in teams.
The programmes used at At Panta have been designed and developed by a team of expert trainers and are taught by a professional team of English speaking teachers with considerable experience in personal skills training.
The programmes are varied and enjoyable, combining practical sessions and group theory sessions covering a wide range of situations and contexts. The sessions are complemented by recreational and leisure activities in the afternoons/evenings.
