American Institute of Studies is a remarkable immersion study program designed to develop business skills and English capabilities of Thai youth, especially college students who will soon complete their undergraduate studies and start their working careers in the near future. The program will invite interested students to enroll and compete for the scholarships. The company will select t 20 outstanding and qualified students with high English proficiency as well as good personalities to study and receive training in English and international business skills for 45 days in Florida, USA, between May 30 and July 15, 2012. Members of the company will be with the students at all times and are available to help them, starting when they board the in Thailand until they land back safely in Bangkok.
World Integrated Studies has invested about 10 million baht to promote and build up public awareness through an integrated communication program, including TV commercial, public relations, print advertisement, exhibitions and road shows to various universities, etc.
Mr. Alex added that “the program has been initiated by a group of academics and business investors who have strong intentions to help enhance the youths’ potential and competitiveness so that they will be able to compete and survive in the competitive and global business world, especially after the ASEAN Economic Community takes full effect in 2015. Thai youths are still at a disadvantage in their English proficiency when compared to other neighboring countries. In addition, we are preparing a feasibility study about opening our AIOS English campus in Hua Hin, Prachuab Khiri Khan for those students who prefer to take this same program but not ready to travel overseas. Only English will be used on the campus.
