Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club (TSLC) management welcomed Phuket FC officials and players to the world-class facility’s FIFA standard artificial football pitch last Wednesday for the first training session of the season.
Phuket FC President and Vice President, Mr. Pamuk Atchariyachai and Mr. Tinarat Theppabutr, have selected the cutting-edge sports tuition centre as the training pitch for the team throughout 2013, where they will be training twice a week throughout the year.
A major landmark in the development of sports science in Thailand, Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club offers assistance and professional training to athletes of all ages and abilities including several international level and Olympic teams.
A natural choice therefore for Mr. Atchariyachai and the club’s management who are committed to a successful performance in the Yamaha League One and advancing Phuket FC to the Thailand Premier League. This push is hoped to inspire the people of Phuket, including the team’s dedicated fans, as well as supporting the government’s policy of encouraging sports tourism.

For the 2013 season, Mr. Jakkrapop Soo-ngan, Phuket FC Team Manager has enlisted the skills of 2012 Army United coach, Mr. Panipol Gerdyam to guide the team to victory. The club has also invested in premium local and international players including Giorgi Tsimakuridze, Luiz Eduardo Purcino, Krissada Sakaew, Sakariya Kolae and Ninuruddin Nidehha.
