Phuket launches Rare Blood Bank project

President of the Red Cross Phuket, Ms.Nalinee Akaradecha, recently launched a Rare Blood Bank project, which has been organised by the Phuket Provincial Immigration Office together with Blood Service Department of Phuket Red Cross. This activity is being held to honour the Queen Sirikit’s 80th birthday and its objective is to give people here in Phuket, both Thai and foreigner, to donate rare blood types. There have already been a lot of donators from local people, immigration police, members of Phuket’s Lions Club and members of the Red Cross.

Anyone wishing to donate should attend Phuket Regional Blood Centre 38/193 Rattanakosin 200 Years Road, Taladnua, Muang, close to Saphan Hin Park, during office hours.
