Phuket clean up Laem Took-Kae

On 9th Aug 2012 at Baan Laem Took-Kae Moo 4, Muang, Phuket, Gp.Capt.Kritsada Ratanasupa Deputy Director of the Phuket Security Operations Command, presided over the opening ceremony of the ‘Keep the Beach Clean’ activity, to mark the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s 80th birthday on August 12, 2012. Students and teachers from Baan Koh Sile School, Vichit Songklam School, Phuket Technology and many local people turned up to join in.

All the people who turned up collected large amounts of garbage, branches, leaves, beach bags, plastic, glass, plastic bottles, broken glass and tiles and left with the beach being clean and beautiful.

Gp.Capt.Kritsada said “The Phuket Security Operations Command was established to strengthen the nationalist ideology, religion and monarchy, and to promote the public interest. This activity is for the occasion of the Queen’s birthday.”
