- Amuse bouche: Roasted plum tomato on a thyme croûton
- Appetizer: Poached egg wrapped in smoked salmon with asparagus spears and caviar emulsion
- Soup: Crab bisque cappuccino

- Main course: Angus tenderloin with glazed mushrooms, black cherry reduction and half Phuket lobster on porcini risotto with glazed asparagus and beet
