When a question is thrown out to find a delicious dish of noodle, where will give you the BEST answer?
Of course, it’s not an unanswered question anymore when we discover a small restaurant, ‘Kuayteaw Moo Liang’.
Phuketindex.com had a chance to talk with Napaporn Parnkaew or Khun Nui for short about her small but special restaurant. The secret of Kuayteaw Moo Liang (cardamom pork noodle) is ‘Herbs’.
“…we only use high quality ingredients. We pay more attention to soup that made from herbs-included cardamom-mashed and boiled together with pig bones…”
“…our restaurant reached the standard of Department of Health, so it will guarantee our customers both quality and tasty…”
“…my friend from Chanthaburi told me the recipe. I firstly open Kuayteaw Moo Liang Restaurant in my hometown, Pattani before moving to Phuket…”
There are various menus offer, including Kuayteaw Moo Tomyam (Spicy Pork Noodle), Kuayteaw Moo Tun (Stew Pork Noodle), Yentafo (Noodles with Seafood Soup and Red Sauce) and etc.
Khun Nui prepared three dishes for us today, Kuayteaw Moo Tomyam, Kuayteaw Moo in Pottage Soup and Herbs Yentafo. For us, only 40 THB a dish is worth to order. For you, only 40 THB a dish is ABSOLUTELY worth to order as well.
When finish noodles, it’s time for coconut milk ice cream!
Actually it’s not just only coconut milk ice cream when Khun Nui put some Sarim (sweet-noodles in coconut milk syrup), sweet pumpkin and Taro. It’s going to be delicious ice cream!
