On Saturday 16th June 2012 Phuket’s most stylish restaurant Boathouse Wine & Grill will host an iconic four course dinner with paired wines from world-famous wine-growing regions including Australia, Argentina and New Zealand. The sumptuous menu will be prepared by Boathouse Executive Chef Jean-Noël Lumineau, Thailand’s only Maître Cuisinier de France and will be paired with the wines selected by Boathouse Wine Director Georges Ciret and Mrs. Monrudee Yudhanaraweesak, Brand Manager from Estates & Wines.
An enticing feature of this dinner will be the tasting of two wines from Cloudy Bay Winery, the quintessential expression of the acclaimed South Island New Zealand Marlborough wine region. Cloudy Bay’s Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay will be tasted side-by-side in a delightful search of the perfect food marriage.
Although the origins and terroir of these wines vary, they are all New World wines from the southern hemisphere, making this a unique opportunity to discover and learn about this part of the globe.
