The Wine Cellar proudly displays 800 labels from 16 countries and is managed by Wine Director George Ciret. This exquisite collection includes 190 whites, 492 reds and champagne, together with rare and vintage wines. An impressive range of 32 labels are offered by the glass, made possible with the “Le Verre de Vin” wine preservation system which uses the latest technology to ensure wine, once opened, retains the highest quality and flavor.
Chef Jean-Noel has created a sumptuous four course degustation menu for both Thai and French cuisine, collaborating with Georges for wine pairings for each course – . The nautical themed Bar and elevated Sunset Lounge are perfect spots to unwind and relax, sipping on famous Boathouse cocktails whilst admiring the sunset over the Andaman sea. Happy Hour is from 5-7pm daily with 50% off all drinks, as well as a selection of wines by the glass.
