Phuket’s Dusit Thani release charity cookbook

Phuket’s Dusit Thani release charity cookbookDusit Thani Laguna Phuket, in cooperation with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, organised a fundraising project for Operation Smile Thailand with the award-winning cookbook Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Som Tum Cook Book.

The book provides a brief history of the origins of som tum; its social influences, essential ingredients, and complementary wine pairings, as well as a variety of recipes.

Som Tum presents 23 creations by chefs from the Dusit School, led by Executive Master Chef Fabrice Danniel, Cedric Maton, Pruek Sumpantaworaboot and Geraldine Mueller. It also includes two recipes from guest chefs Rapeepan Luang-aramrut and celebrity chef Phol Tantasathien.

All the dishes presented in the book, from appetisers, main course to desserts, are inspired by the famous Thai som tum dish, but with a French twist. To see or review the cookbook, click: http://bit.ly/somtumsp
