Phuket provides vaccinations for rabies

Somjai Suwansupapana, the Mayor of Phuket City Municipality (PCM), said that people who have dogs and cats now still don’t know how to prevent their pets from getting rabies and multiple births, so there are lots of stray cats and dogs in Phuket city that cause many diseases, especially rabies.

Consequently, PCM provides vaccinations to control rabies for cats and dogs in Phuket Municipality area on March 8th – April 9th, 2010. It will also conduct rabies observation and prevention on April 10th-31st, 2010.

Anyone who own cats or dogs can take them to get free rabies vaccination and birth control at the Public Health and Environment Section of PCM during the weekdays. For more information, please contact 076-211570.

Good afternoon, This page is very informative and fun to read. I am a huge follower of the things blogged about. I also love reading the comments, but it seems like a great deal of readers need to stay on topic to try and add something to the original topic. I would also encourage all of you to bookmark this page to your most used service to help get the word out. Thanks
