The land is located on the hill connected to Lam Thong Road, 4 kilometers off Phuket Town. The land overlooks Took Kae Bay, Sire Bay, and the Andaman. It is suited for either a hotel or accommodation development project. Any developer who would like to buy the land is required to check whether he is qualified, based on the criteria of the Office of National Anti-Corruption Commission.
