Rassada Municipality develops Koh Sire area to be a tourist spot

Suratin Lain U-dom, the Mayor of Rassada Municipality, said that the municipality had been developing the road to Kor Sire in order to make it another tourist spot in town. 13.9 million baht was spent on this project to make the road and light system better since Kow Sire was the only monkey point on the island. A lot of the tourists go there to feed and see the monkeys in the natural mangrove forest along the road. The project is 90% complete.

Suratin added that in February, the municipality would spend 19 million baht to develop Mali Kaew Beach to be a recreational area for Phuket residents and tourists.
