phuketTri Akaradecha, the Governor of Phuket, presided over the 7th meeting of Phuket Land Allocation Committee in 2010 on 26 October. The main agendas of this meeting were to consider about land allocation requests in Phuket, obligation making/debt payment requests in allocated land, and change of project and land allocation management requests.

In addition, the meeting considered the case of Panason City Thep Anusorn housing project of Nantawan Residence Garden Co. Ltd since there were some areas of the project in conflict. The meeting approved the project; however, the project owner could not construct anything in the conflict area unless the conflict was reconciled.

Ltd, 88 Land and House project by L.H. Muang Mai Co. Ltd, Samkong Park project by Boat Development Co. Ltd, and Phuket Thani 2 (Phuket Polytechnic College) by Phuket Thani Real Estate Co.Ltd.

At the end of the meeting, the Governor told the committee to be aware and keep an eye on the land fills, drains, water pollution, and floods caused by some housing projects since there were many complaints from neighboring locals about such cases.
