Her Excellency Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and His Excellency Finance Minister Thirachai Phuvanatanaranubala met yesterday with a group of more than 30 leading foreign and domestic institutional investors in Thailand to discuss the global macro-economic climate, Thailand’s current economic situation, and the government’s economic policies.

The group of investors consisted of senior executives and fund managers from some of the world’s leading long-only institutional investment firms, as well as some of the country’s largest local institutional investors. The event was a part of Deutsche Bank’s broader DB Access platform, a series of ongoing events linking key institutional clients with governments and companies around the region.
