She added “As Thailand is one of the ASEAN Member States we have to make our people ready for when we step into ASEAN, especially women, who are now taking a more important role in today’s society. We have the potential to develop the roles of women and the power to drive people from both inside and outside the community.”
Mrs.Thanyarat said “The seminar today features issues mainly related to the tourist industry as this brings a lot of income to the country and is important to Phuket. We should learn both the opportunities and obstacles so we are ready to enter the ASEAN community together.”
