Bangkok, Thailand (February 5, 2010) Casablanca Restaurant is introducing Moroccan Cooking Class available every week on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, throughout the year. Prices are THB 1,500* per person. For the best class results, seats are limited at 6 persons per class.
The Moroccan Cooking Class is a hands-on experience, starting from 9 am- 12 pm. Guests can learn how to create specialty dishes from our experienced Moroccan Chef in a truly dramatic setting of North African Kingdom. One popular dish is the Seafood Tagine and Butter Couscous, which is a seafood dish in tangy-spicy tomato sauce with Moroccan spices, cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs; with a unique Moroccan Butter couscous to complement the strong flavors. Another guest favorite is the exotic dessert, Muhallabia which is an authentic Moroccan rose flavored rice pudding.
Guests can enjoy their own culinary creations after class for lunch along with complimentary choice of a glass of beer, cocktail or soft drink per person.
