Advanced Info Service (AIS), Thailand’s largest mobile operator, is strengthening its service centre network to handle more complex multimedia content and apps stemming from third-generation (3G) services.
On 29th January 2013 at 2nd Fl, Central Festival Phuket, the company debuted its first ever AIS flagship store in a shopping centre, which Deputy Customer Service Director Vilasinee Phuttikarnrat and Phuket Deputy Governor Chaiwat Thepee have dubbed a “total experience” store where AIS customers can pay bills, try new technology and even pay electricity and water bills.
The new store also features a “Try & Buy” zone where customers can get their hands on the latest gadgets and also get advice if shopping for the best smartphone.
As is usual with AIS events a celebrity was on hand to assist with the grand opening.
